Basic Intensive Training

Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management

(CT/RT/LM)

Educational settings today are challenging environments that focus on creating a positive and engaging learning environment, provide students with high-quality instruction, while at the same time helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world. More than ever, educators understand to make this happen, mental wellbeing and positive relationships are key, and an understanding of human behaviour is fundamental to being an effective educator in today’s world.

Our program is designed to give educators and leaders an understanding of how and why humans behave. Understanding the purpose of behaviour enables participants to develop insights into helping people gain more effective control of their lives. Without the understanding of how the brain works and the psychology of behaviour, implementing strategies to promote students taking responsibility of their behaviour choices often fails. Many primary and secondary schools have found that incorporating the ideas of CT/RT/LM has resulted in increased academic outcomes for students, a decrease in stress for students and teachers, and an expanded understanding of the school community in dealing effectively with conflict.

This interactive training is based on a powerful internal framework where teachers are taught internationally recognised theory and strategies to foster a supportive, caring environment through building healthy relationships that contribute to school success. Classroom management and teaching techniques based on coercion and rewards are replaced by practices that shift the definition of, and desire for success to the student. Teachers and support staff become collaborative leaders empowering students to reach their highest potential.

We invite you to be a part of this exceptional opportunity for personal and professional growth.
